At Northwest Jackson Middle School, Amiable Arts brings the magic of theatre to life through our Baby Broadway program. Since joining the campus, we’ve nurtured young performers into confident, expressive artists who light up the stage with talent and creativity.

Programs Offered:

  • Theatre Arts – Students learn acting, stage presence, and performance skills inspired by the best of Broadway.

  • Performance Training – From script reading to final bows, students gain hands-on experience in producing a show.

Schedule:
Tuesdays–Thursdays | 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Meet the Artist in Residence:

  • Ramona Singleton – With a passion for youth theatre, Ramona inspires students to take bold creative risks while developing their craft. Her dedication ensures each student shines on and off stage.

  • Mr. McGhee leads young artists through the rich landscape of vocal expression, musical literacy, and performance discipline. His role goes beyond teaching notes and harmonies. He cultivates confidence, unity, and the emotional storytelling that lives inside every song. Under his direction, students learn the power of blending voices, owning the stage, and honoring the legacy of choral music while developing their own artistic identity.
